Honestly, the work is technically flawless. It's stylistic, certainly, but that doesn't detract because all of the drawing is stylized (it's not just bits and pieces, I mean). Furthermore, the sense of cartoon cuteness makes the work funny instead of intimidating. The use of Comic Sans MS is permissible.

Just messing with you; this is a comic, so it's fine - otherwise, I'm a bit of a font nerd. The actual concept itself is rather dated - explorers find an island, whoops-oh-holy-crap-that's-actually-breathing-it's-aliiiiiiive, but the way you've explored it here, as humorous instead of terrifying, is relatively new and innovative. I would remove your island dinosaur's pointed teeth if I were you. I think they make him look just a bit too threatening. The orange dinosaur is really cute, though! I would kidnap him and name him Fred. The colors work nicely together, I like the contrast and the complementary shades equally, and the palette is pastel enough as not to be ostentatious. Overall, it's a very good work - and a funny joke too!
